Blob 7 Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 Hi, I was happy to see that Emby Server 3.2.70 started to include CC/subtitles Live TV. Though, my Android Phone does not play Live TV at all after this update I will wait to report that part. So from the Webinterface: I have multiple language CC (4) in the DVB Stream, and all of them is listed as one. When I choose it the stream restart, but no subs. Best Regards.

Blob 7 Posted January 22, 2018 Author Posted January 22, 2018 (edited) @@Blob Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. thanks ! Hi, I found that this is only happening on one of the channels: All 4 languages Swe, Nor, Dan, Fin is displayed as the above (as 1 subtitle Stream). When I selected the subtitle Emby restartet the Stream and an error happened: No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details. I have attached the logs. Thanks Edited January 23, 2018 by Blob
Luke 42077 Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 As far as being displayed as 1, that's just how ffmpeg happens to be detecting it. We'll try increasing the probe duration for the next release and see if that helps. thanks.

VLC detects is as Teletext subtitles on that channel. Is that a problem that can be fixed? In VLC i can choose the correct language even if its Teletext. Thanks Edited January 23, 2018 by Blob

Rogfitz1 5 Posted April 10, 2021 Posted April 10, 2021 I have same problem. If I record an IPTV-stream with Emby that have multiple DVB Subs (Swe/FIN for example), I can't select the right one. If I open the recorded .ts-file in VLC I can select the right sub.
