Kneciu 0 Posted January 20, 2018 Posted January 20, 2018 Hi, I just purchased emby app unlock on my Nvidia Shield TV but it is still asking to unlock when I try to play something. I restarted shield, relogged to my google account and emby, reinstalled emby but nothing helps. Both emby account and google are on same email as I purchased the unlock. Any ideas? Regards, Pawel

Are you sure that is the name of the local Emby Server user? Also CET = Central European Time? Never mind, I was able to find it by accident . How well do you know the person to whom's server you are connected? Are you sure they are running an official Emby build?
