File Name Length / library not showing up

I am currently using MB Server ver 3.0.5171.19958 and for the most part I havent had any issues that an update or a little trial and error didnt fix.  This time around my media library is not showing up for some reason.  I have tried doing clean installs and it works for awhile but once MB reaches around the 50-60% library scan it fails.  Judging by the message below it is due to a file name length but I am having a problem finding it.  I fumbled my way through the logs but I am not seeing it point to any specific file.  Any assistance or direction anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

unfortunately the log doesn't have enough info to determine. i would remove all but one of your library paths, see if you can get through the scan, then add the rest back one at a time.

Thank you for the suggestion.  I went though and added them one by one.  The only issue I had is when i added the boxsets folder back into library.  I removed the plugin and the folder and now im good to go.
