Why so many double pictures in ImageCache directory?

Hi,

 

I was looking into the C:\ProgramData\MediaBrowser-Classic\ImageCache directory and noticed that it contained a lot of double/tripple/quadruple duplicates of pictures, which are of exact the same size. Only the names were different. 

 

Is this normal?

There is nothing to see here.  Move along...

 

We cache images at different sizes but also, if anything changed on the server about them they could get re-cached with a different id as well.
