Episodes randomly disappearing from MBC/Web View

Started hitting a problem a few nights ago (can't say for sure but I think it was just after update to Server version 3.0.5171.19958) where TV series folders appear to be empty when I go to play an episode.

The series level metadata is viewable, the folder indicates the correct number of unwatched episodes but when I navigate into the season folder

in MBC (3.0.129.0 2-12.2) it is empty

and

through web view in IE 11 I get "Value cannot be null. parameter name: Item" error and also empty.

Which series this effects seems to change from night to night, fixing previously "broken" episodes one night while "breaking" new ones the next.

 

I've confirmed the files play outside of MB.

Setup is Server running on Media Center with all content sitting on a NAS.

There's a ton of errors trying to get the last modified date on your file system.

If you have server and client all on the same machine, more than likely, the server is coming up before your network is fully initialized so we cannot get to your NAS.
