Offline Download doesn`t work

I'm going on holiday today, and want to make a few movies available offline for the flight.
But the download doesn`t work

Converting works, the status is "ready for transfer".

but then it doesn't go on, does anyone have an idea where the mistake is?

I've added some screenshots to this page (we're sorry, these are in German)

Just shut down and re-start the app.  That should force the transfer to start.

I tried that already, but unfortunately it doesn't work

Have also already formatted the sd card

The whole tablet has been restarted but unfortunately it doesn't work

is it because of the server? find in the setting nothing that could be wrong

Hi there, try clicking your user icon in the top right -> then select offline sync settings. then uncheck the box that says "wifi only".
