Copy my emby server to run 2 instances

I would like to make a copy of my server to run 2 instance of emby. If I copy the whole emby server folder of the first server and change the port, Can I run 2 instances by this way?

Why do you want to run two instances? Seems like a strange request.

I have around 500 emby for kodi clients on the first server with a lot of sync issue.

 

I want to run another instance of emby for my embycon clients.

 

I would like to migrate all my emby for kodi clients to embycon.

I don't see how a second instance of the server on the same machine will solve that problem...
