Failing to create parent level TV Series NFO file

Hi guys,

 

I'm having some issues with my current emby server installation in regard to scraping metadata that I need some help resolving. Due to previous issues I don't have logs for, so won't go into - I nuked the whole install, and re-installed fresh.

 

After configuring settings how I want (as below) and pointing emby at my TV Series and running an initial library scan, I'm seeing a constant run of the below in the log while it's scanning the library:

 

"MediaBrowser.Controller.Net.SecurityException: Access token is invalid or expired."

 

The issue I'm seeing is that metadata for new shows ("Ozark" in this instance) is not being created in the media folder. Short of new shows being added - 100% of my media has metadata files already (NFO's, Thumbs etc. that have previosuly been created with emby), and yet I'm seeing the above error report over and over during a library scan, and "ProviderManager: Error in metadata saver" when attempting a direct refresh.

 

Logs:

 

1. File: "Initial Scan Log" is the 1st log generated after server installation and initial library scan.

2. File: "TV Series Refresh Debug Log" is a log with debugging enabled of when I attempted to refresh metadata on the TV Series "Ozark" selecting "Refresh Metadata" and "Search for missing metadata".

 

Settings:

 

Emby version: 3.2.60.0

OS: Server 2012 R2

Media Storage: Qnap NAS

 

Library main Settings:

* Download artwork and metadata from the internet: ENABLED

* Preferred metadata language: ENGLISH

* Country: AUSTRALIA

* Save artwork and metadata into media folder: ENABLED

* Download images in advance: ENABLED

* Enable real time monitoring: ENABLED

 

Library Metadata settings:

* Langauge: ENGLISH

* Country: AUSTRALIA

* Media Type: Series

* Metadata Savers: NFO

* Metadata Downloaders: TheTVDB | The Open Movie Database

* Image Fetchers: TheTVDB | FanArt

* Image Settings:

* Maximum number of backdrops: 5

* minimum backdrop download width: 1280

* Fetch Images: (all selected)

 

* Media Type: Seasons

* Metadata Savers: (deselected)

* Metadata Downloaders: TheMovieDB

* Image Fetchers: TheTVDB | FanArt

* Image Settings:

* Maximum number of backdrops: 0

* minimum backdrop download width: 1280

* Fetch Images: PRIMARY

 

* Media Type: Epiosodes

* Metadata Savers: NFO

* Metadata Downloaders: TheTVDB

* Image Fetchers: TheTVDB | Screen Grabber

* Image Settings:

* Fetch Images: PRIMARY

 

 

Any help would be appreciated

Quick update - can confirm the latest version 3.2.70.0 resolved my TV Series NFO creation issue outlined above
