Is there any way to include other directories or files in the backup plugin? Possibly a setting? I have custom scripts I have written that would be great to include in the backups without needing a separate cron job.

You're saying you want to include files of your choosing inside the backup?

That would be great if it’s possible.

Ok, there's currently no way to do this.

I'm a bit hesitant to suggest this but I think it will be harmless...

You could probably trick the plug-in by putting your scripts in the plugins/configurations folder.

That’s what I ended up doing. My only concern was the scenario of a year from now, hard drive dies and I restore from a backup. Then try to figure out where my scripts were. But that’s on me to remember, not Emby.
