Problem transcoding webcam stream whenwatching from Emby theater

I am using IPTV plugin to watch a stream from a webcam. It works very well through the browser interface, however if I try to watch through emby theater it doesn't work. On the logs  see that when I use the browser it transcode the stream to a .ts file and it works. If I watch through theater it transcodes to a mkv and it fails.

 

I am attaching the ffmpeg logs for both cases. Am I doing anything wrong?
