The update is to the app, not the server.

 

It is just a coincidence that the two version numbers happen to be very close right now.

Roku will not let me update the app.... see bottom left of the attachment. Maybe because im in Australia?

Hi.  The issue described here is only with the beta version of the app.  Are you on the beta version?  It doesn't look like it...
