Pankookis 10 Posted January 9, 2018 Posted January 9, 2018 (edited) Hi. Emby Server version 3.2.60.0[/size] Emby Kodi Addon version 3.0.0a (according to Kodi) Kodi version 17.6 I have a problem with Emby for Kodi. Don't know if there was a recent auto-update that might have caused it. I live in Sweden and all my tv shows that are swedish (except one) have disappeared and several movies too (not sure which ones though). I synced my library to YATSE and it updated the movie count about 150 lower than the last sync which was a couple of days ago. The tv shows (and I'm guessing movies too) are present in my Emby library if I go to the dashboard etc through my browser so it's only in Kodi they're missing. By looking in the log file, it says "skipping empty show: xxxxxx". They play just fine through the browser. I haven't changed anything in my Kodi setup for a very long time so my only guess is that a recent update caused it. The shows that show as empty according to the log are: BronFröken Frimans KrigGrotescoHalvvägs till HimlenSkolanStarke ManSunes JulPippi Långstrump(And 3 others which are actually empty, just me that haven't deleted the folders) All these shows are swedish and I still have all of them, just not it Kodi. Any clues? Thanks EDIT Solved by reinstalling the addon with the same settings. Edited January 17, 2018 by Pankookis

Pankookis 10 Posted January 16, 2018 Author Posted January 16, 2018 (edited) Glad you sorted it out. Let me know if it happens again. Hi! Unfortunately this problem popped up again. I changed my library paths to network paths yesterday and after I reset the Kodi database this problem occurred. It can be fixed to some degree by doing a manual sync but some tv shows come and go. For instance... Pippi Långstrump (Pippi Longstocking) was only 2 episodes after the reset and after a manual sync there is 11. There are 13 episodes in the tv show though and all of them are available on the web app. It's the same tv shows as listed above (at least I think so) Am running version 3.0.4a on Kodi 17.6. Server 3.2.60.0 EDIT Was looking through the log and it might be that it only contain the manual sync part. Let me know if I shall reset the database and post the log. kodi.log Edited January 16, 2018 by Pankookis
Luke 42078 Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 Does everything look correct in the web app? To be honest I would have suggested keeping your library paths as direct paths and then editing optional network path value for the folders. 1
Angelblue05 4132 Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 (edited) I don't see anything unusual in your logs. The best thing to do, while Kodi is running, pick one episode that doesn't show up in Kodi, in the web client, edit the metadata info and hit save. Wait a minute or two, grab the Kodi log. Thank you. Hi. Did that on episode 6 of Pippi Långstrump. During the night the number of episodes went from 11 to 6 and the tv show Bron (The Bridge) disappeared. I have my Emby Server and Kodi running 24/7 most of the time and last night I deleted the first season of Bron and replaced it with other files. I guess it scanned the season and now when I look at Kodi the whole entry of Bron is gone. It will probably pop up if I do a manual scan. I have two logs. Kodi1.log is rather lengthy because it's from the night when Bron disappeared. Kodi.log is when I followed your guidelines and refreshed the metadata on one episode. Thanks EDIT (12ish hours later) Did a manual update. Bron (The Bridge) showed up but only season 2 & 3, not season 1. All of them are present on the web app. The file "kodi manual update.log" is from the manual update. kodi.log kodi1.log kodi manual update.log Edited January 17, 2018 by Pankookis
