The automated update also doesn't seem to work on my end either (I created a different thread for that)

 

It works just fine, but only on the set schedule that is offered. It's not intended to refresh something 24 hours after acquisition.

Luke - see this thread for what I am talking about. I am aware that it does not refresh every 24 hours, but rather on the interval that is available via the GUI per library (I have mine set to 30 days). 

 

Unfortunately, I manually refreshed the series/movies that had missing images that were not being auto refreshed (ie series, episodes, & Movies that have been on my disks for 6+ months w/ missing images) as intended, so I don't have a log to provide. On top of that, since it is not clear when the auto refresh runs, so it was difficult to pull a log (as I mentioned in the thread. If you could provide some clarity on when does the 30 day refresh start, and at what time, I can be ready and pull a log if this happens again.

It still doesn't explain why emby cannot find a primary image on thetvdb when one exists with no mention of any attempt in the logs even with drug logging on.
