jmassaro87 28 Posted January 7, 2018 Posted January 7, 2018 I have some BluRay rips that don’t have the forced subs. Star Wars specifically. When I try to download from Emby the download fails. I double heck username and password for open subtitles and all seems fine. What could be the issue? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

jmassaro87 28 Posted January 7, 2018 Author Posted January 7, 2018 The particular error here is resolved for the next release, thanks. If i were to download the files individually, where can i put them so EMBY will see them? I have everything set as default. Itried adding direct to the media folder to no avail.
Luke 42083 Posted January 7, 2018 Posted January 7, 2018 You can put them in the media folder by following our subtitle naming guide: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/Subtitles Then make sure to run a scan on the relevant library. Thanks. 1
