re-syncing: UPDATE tvshow ... for shows that have no new content

One of the issues I find with this plugin is that periodically, the (quick) resync that is supposed to happen when one logs into one's Kodi profile isn't so quick.  Sometimes it seems like it want to resync the whole database again.

 

I had one of these happen this morning and it was taking so long, syncing so much stuff that it didn't even complete before Kodi thought the profile was idle and started the screensaver, which for my users is a logout.

 

Looking in the Kodi log I see lots of:

Clearly it was going through every show in the database, regardless of this supposedly being a quick sync.

All updates are generated by the server. The addon just processes what the server flagged as needing an update. Check there to see why it's continually updating tv shows. Once you fix the source of the issue, this will stop happening.
