Guide and Nvidia Shield

I can only get 5 channels to show on my Guide on Nvidia Sheild. It won't let me scroll down to see more channel selection guide information on the grid.

Hi. Sorry to hear about this.  Can we please get a bit more details about your setup and exactly what you are doing?

 

Does other navigation within the guide work?  Can you bring up program information?  What about the option buttons at the top right?  Can you page to the right (out further in time)?
