Recording Groups access issue

Hello everybody,

 

I'm using emby server on a Synology NAS and watching video with the ios app on an ipad/iphone.

 

When I'm using the ios app to access a recording groups(Live TV->Recordings->Recordings groups), i am redirected to the sign in page of emby and can't access to the folders.

When I'm using the web interface, it is working fine.

 

I assume there is an issue with this feature on the ios app.

hi @@Julien17 that's very strange. can you please provide the emby server log from when you attempt to do this? You can learn how to do that here:

Hi Luke. It has been resolved.

 

The path to access recordings is different, but now it works. I saw than recently iOS app was upgraded as well as emby server, even DVBLink plugin.

 

No idea on which upgrade solved it. Thanks.
