i don’t thin iPhone 6 can run the latest iOS but I have iPhone 7 and it should run the same iOS version as iPhone 10 and ET on my iOS plays fine internally I.e home wifi (I don’t use external).

@@schoepp23 have you tried lowering the in-app quality setting? in the log you provided it is streaming the original video stream as-is. I think the bitrate of the video is just too high for the connection. Thanks.
