Ubuntu TV episodes not showing up in web interface

Hello everyone,

 

i installed the Emby server today on my Ubuntu 16.04 server.

Movies come up nicely"and the play nicely on my chromecast. However, even if shows are recognized from the folder, I can't find them anywhere on the web interface.

 

In "My media" on the web interface, there is only my Movie library, the TV library doesn't show up. 

 

Can anyone help me?

What's the tv folder structure look like?

hi @@ngobet, did you check your emby user library permissions? sounds like the user does not have access to that library. please let us know if this helps. thanks.

the permission are correct, I can even see the pictures added by Emby inside my structure. there are pictures for every show, season and info files.

 

It really looks like they were scanned and processed but don't show up on the interface. Are they supposed to appear in the media folder? or is it somewhere else?

What permissions did you check exactly?

the folder for shows is 777
