Quiptix 2 Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 When other tools like Sonarr/Radarr or CouchPotato retrieves a media file it can notify Emby by using the API. It can also trigger library updates, however it will perform a complete library scan, which takes several minutes for some or more users. And implicitly adding the new media. If retrieving a complete season this could potentially trigger 20 full library scans. It could be a benefit to fire a library update for only the newly added media, by calling this explicitly in the API or message, instead trigger a complete library scan. If this is already present then I'm overlooking something... Vincent
