Envy Theater - XB one - remote command?

Is there a list of remote commands for Envy Theater depending on what screen the program is currently on?

 

For example when I watch live TV, I don't think ch up/dowm goes to the next channel.

 

Another example when watching a record show and wanting to read the description, I have to go back to the show list
