missing icons at the bottom of the screen

hi  i have noticed that since the last up date from Emby Server 3.2.36 to Emby Server 3.2.60  when i play a tv channel where as before i had two icons at the bottom of the screen  one for selecting Audio descriptive and one for subtitles now i dont have them and it is very annoying when you are trying to watch a film on tv and you can't turn off the Audio descriptive. the Tv source comes from a DVB satellite  Card  in the Server.

can you please update Emby Server 3.2.60  and put this back in

i rolled back to Version 3.2.50.0

but i have new problems with this one,

really could do with this sorted
