Better control over subtitle processes

When scanning the library Emby also tries to download subtitles for all items (existing and new)

 

I suggest to have this behavior configurable per library, maybe with these options:

Scan for subtitles during library scan: Disabled, Only newly added, All media

 

Since there is already a scheduled task for scanning for subtitles, which is complementary to the existing library scanning behavior.

 

This will probably shorten the library scans

I have plenty ideas! 

 

BTW: I think that OpenSubtitle would love this option, as it pounds hard on their door when querying for subtitles
