Pixelated/poor image quality

I have a couple of movies that when playing back on my FireTV (any FireTV) the image quality is very poor but those same videos play ok on the windows desktop application. I've attached the server logs, not sure if that will help. Any suggestions

Can you provide a new ffmpeg log after doing that? And if you're saying that it's working well in the web app, can you provide an ffmpeg log from that for comparison? thanks.
