Problem with Update to 3.2.60.0

The system will not restart to finalize the update to 3.2.60.0. Evaluating the attached log indicates an error with portmapper, which may or may not be related.

I seem to be having the same (maybe different) problem in trying to install the 3.2.60 update manually. I have attached the install.log file as well as the screenshot of the error I get when I try to run the setup.exe server download. MediaBrowser.Server.Installer?? and then the error occurred trying to download. Any ideas?

Microsoft refuses to install this, even when I do it manually. Tried setting "unblock" in properties, still won't let me do it!
