Log attached.

Log shows:

Busy: database is locked
SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException: Exception of type 'SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException' was thrown.

I have already shut down server and deleted the file of refreshinfo.db.  But then the server wouldn't start so I reinstalled server over top.  Server now runs but I still get the error.  Thinking this was permissions I applied rights to this folder tree to all users.  Still no luck though.  Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Hi there, please try rebooting your machine and see if the issue persists. Thanks !

Thankyou for your response.  No luck though. I rebooted like 5 times trying things.

are there multiple server logs being created at the same time?

Yes, I think it was possible I had two servers running.  I had installed the windows service version and somehow got the checkbox (in settings) checked to run the other too.

I think I have it running fine now.  Thanks for twigging my memory and pointing me in the right direction. I am afraid to reboot now. hehe.  I hope it still runs after I reboot.  I'll post back if for some reason I don't have it solved now.

I've noticed the same issue lately for some reason. Whenever I reboot the system, I end up with two instances of Emby Server running and I get the same error you mentioned on library scans. How did you set it to allow the service to continue to run at startup but stop the other instance from starting?

Never mind, found it in settings - literally the very first check box in the setup menu. LOL. I unchecked this box, rebooted my system, and the issue is resolved - no more dual instances running, and no more library scan errors.
