Transfer 0% & Convert Media Failed

Alien Covenent has been Stuck at 0% for a while.

Dr. Strange is 3D so maybe that's why it failed?

Yes it did convert and download to my tablet. The problem is that it is stereoscopic so not really viewable. Is there a way to just grab the left or right eye and make a monovision version from a stereoscopic mkv?
