Email Notifications Plugin

What exactly can I get emails for?  Not much in the plugins catalog explaining what this plugin does...    I'm looking for email alerts on authentication fails.

It helped.   Thanks.    Maybe have a link somewhere within the catalog?   I don't know where.. But that's where I went to look for gadgets...  found the email plugin but no details.

this plugin is not working, test are ok, but no mail notification for new content added, and from and is not working for plugin uninstalled  but work when install a plugin, notification are enabled and set to custom because i want to be sent to specified users

with the latest update 3.1.3.0, i can confirm its now working again

Just a quick request here:

 

1.  For the new content notification, I'd like to specify which library.  For my example, I have a "photos" library.  My wife uploads her photos to the server and then we can access them from where ever.  When she does an upload, I get dozens of emails for each photo.....painful to say the least.  I'd like to be able to turn off notifications for that library.

 

2. Ability to apply the plugin to all users (or a group of users) so that I don't have to plugin email settings for each user.  I don't have a lot of users, but it be nice not have to copy and paste across each user whenever there is an email setting change, and to make setup simpler.
