HD Homerun Prime not detected after firmware/latest emby

I just updated to emby 3.2.60.  I also went to the latest firmware on the HD Homerun Prime HDHR3-CC.  I no longer have access to the live tv.  The hdhr isn't found by emby anymore.  I don't know if it's related to the upgrades or not, but it was working before, but the channel listings were a little goofy after the latest Comcast plan change.

After the updates (firmware and Emby) I went to "Live TV" and was unable to save changes to the tuner.  I then deleted  the tuner then tried to add it.  It doesn't automatically add it, and if I place the Ip address for it, it says:  "Alert. There was an error saving the TV provider.  Please ensure it is accessable and try again". AS a test, I can get to the HDHR directly from it's app, and stream directly from it to test video.  I can ping from the emby server to the hdhr and I can get to its webpage as well.    I have restarted all devices and also moved them to a different switch to test.

New firmware for HDHR says this:

Release 20170930: Detect transport errors in padding frames.Improvements to IGMP handling.HDHR5 models: Official release firmware.HDTC models: Add IGMPv3 support so UPnP works with enterprise-class network switches.CC/DC models: Upgrade IGMP support from v2 to v3.

I no longer have access to thee HDHR Prime and dont get live TV anymore..  Can someone please assist?

i attached the server log.

I reinstalled Emby and changed the way it was set up as a service. Now it 's finding it.  The guide has doubles of every channel now, but at least this is progress

Hi, to remove the doubles i would imagine you could just remove the duplicate tuner entries in live tv setup. please let us know if this helps. thanks.

It's really odd. When I look at the HDHR, I see a lot more channels in the list then when I look at Emby.  The Emby guide is missing channels.. In additon, with the .60 upgrade, it's just seemingy running poor.  Hard to get streams to start, and when they do, it either times out, or I'm getting frozen video, but hearing audio.   This is on a Roku that worked before the update.
