Offline File Sync

I recently tried to sync a show offline. I am including two both the android log as well as the server log. Sensitive information redacted for privacy purposes.

 

There are no error messages displayed unfortunately. 

 

Android OS 8.1.0

Check your in-app settings related to offline sync. Looks like you might have it set to only download on wifi only.

This is correct. I am on wifi though.

ok you may just want to uncheck the setting about that because the OS is reporting that you're on a metered (limited) connection, and that's why we're aborting the downloads. thanks.

Okay. That worked but not instantly. Took about 5 minutes to process.

@@bry That's because after changing the setting we don't immediately trigger the download process, so you just had to wait for the next scheduled one. We'll start triggering it after changing that. Thanks.

thanks @@Luke. I have unlimited data but still prefer wifi only for syncing. I appreciate your time and efforts. Have a happy new year
