Cannot access Emby outside of local host after update 3.2.60

I noticed an update earlier today, then tried to install from the GUI. It did not go well so I went to the web to install. That worked. Although now I cannot access Emby outside the local server. Uninstalled all plugins, updated the Server 2012 with optional updates, and I verified the firewall was not the issue. So now I come to you guys to help?

What version number did you update from? 

 

If this was a change from the net framework to net core version I would check your firewall for "embyserver.exe" instead of "mediabrowser.serverapplication.exe".

version 3.2.36 was the original.  Where is the EXE. for the firewall?

ok so it seems this was a major upgrade per the versions. So I did another uninstall and removed all traces. Restarted then installed again, HOORAY for configuration backup! I am now up and working again! Thanks for looking at this!
