Make Home Screen changes drag 'n droppable

Would be a nice-to-have. As an example, if I just want to change "Home Screen Section 1" and move everything else down, I have to change all the ones below as well. So for one change I actually have to make seven changes. This would be nice to have for Library Order as well.

Good idea.  Alternatively and easier to program, just a up/down icon to rearrange the list.
