Genre Tab/Section Blank

I nearly posted this in the Apple TV section, but then I checked via the web portal and I have the same problem there. The Genre view tab within my movie library is completely blank. My movies do have genres and I've had more than one complete scan.

Hi, are you certain your movies have genres? do they show on the movie detail screens? thanks.

Yes. I've checked several of them. The only thing I have done, in reference to genres, is add a "4K" genre to my 4K movies.
