metadata problem

When i initially set up emby, I checked to use screen grabber and 80-90% of my tiles/icons or whatever, are just random shots of the movie, and I cant tell what they are. Is there any way to automatically delete all metadata, and start over new, and actually pull covers/images of the movies, so I can just look at the picture and know what it is? without having to go and do each individual movie?

right now, all metadata is in the individual folders with the media.

I have attached a file, red is the problem, green is how i want them.

please help.

Have a Merry Christmas!

Can't view your attachment currently.

Is this metadata that was existing prior to your setting up Emby?

Well a Refresh metadata "Replace All metadata" at Library level and check replace images should do the trick assuming you have made the proper changes in Dashboard-Library-Metadata=Use drop down per content type.

I would suggest the following:

Movies use - Metadata downloader: TheMovieDb

                     Image fetchers: TheMovieDb, FanArt

Series use - Metadata downloaders: TheTVDB

                    Image fetchers: The Tvdb, FanArt

You can find those in the dashboard under library-->metadata

Then you can do as @@Happy2Play suggests above
