Incomplete Collections...Correction?

I interrupted my initial scan on a new install a few times because I'm impatient and was trying to multitask a bit too much. Everything is working beautifully, but I have some very obvious and popular Collections that are either incomplete (some, but not all movies from a particular series are grouped together) and some which never got grouped together at all. Looks like it began to fall apart around the C's in the alphabet. Some in that area are incomplete and everything beyond that didn't get looked at for possible collections at all. 

 

I am trying to avoid manually creating too many Collections. Is there a way to have it rescan for them without dumping all the metadata and starting over? I don't really know where in the process it figures out which movies should be grouped together or how it works behind the scenes.
