[LG] webOS TV UF680V Everything in general really slow/laggy

Hey guys,

I have an [LG] webOS TV UF680V and the emby app is really unstable and unresponsive.

1. Configuring server and user sometimes works sometimes fails with exactly same values.

2. Movies dashboard shows a bunch of empty squares and an empty list. TV Shows works better, but very slow on the menus
3. Streaming also buffers a lot.

I have the latest (beta) version in the server.

Are aware of any other situations like these? Any idea what is causing this?

If you need more information just hit me,

Thanks

Hi, we're looking into improving this. WebOS 1/2 use an older rendering engine and we need to optimize for that a little bit more, thanks.

@@Luke sorry to say to still too slow, still taking 20-30 seconds to open episode / movies pages.

@@Luke It seems better, it's usable but yeah there are still a lot of hiccups, the interface is far from fluid and the playback has several issues

Thanks, yes we are still continuing to work on navigation performance in the app.

Hello,

I use the official application on my LG 910v and it happens that too it is too slow to tinker with the application, as it takes to respond to an option chosen by me, why does this happen?

Thank you

Just wanted to cheer Emby devs for the great work in improving the performance of this app for the LG TVs. When I first created this post, things were terrible :P. As of now, the app is grasping perfection. Keep on, great job!
