Conflict resolution

I'm running Emby and a HDHomerun prime with 3 tuners.   I am able to use the web interface (haven't tried the FireTV) to schedule more recordings than tuners without a warning or message.   Does Emby have conflict system?   What happens if my kids are watching live tv and the tuner is needed for a recording?

We do not currently have any conflict resolution but it is definitely on the road map.

The recording will fail (but retry during its time in case the tuner becomes free).

If I have multiple HDHomeRun devices, can Emby schedule across all of them?  I have 2 of the Quatro tuners, can Emby technically use all 8?

Yes it can.
