Can you show an example of the naming the device had?

 

I think that the core emby developers will be interested in this because it would seem to be a bug in the device naming at the core level. I think...

It's hard to say for sure. I should have bought the thing when they where selling them. They where a little pricey at the time.

I'm about to release a new version of Vera again. 

 

I added the ability to choose which vera device on your network, instead of using an overrride option and manually typing in the device. This will just scan the network for all of them and then put them in a list to choose from.

I really want to stop handling UI5 in the Vera plugin. It makes the code extremely messy and hard to deal with

 

Does anyone using the Vera plugin currently run Vera UI 5 on in their hub?

 

I want to delete the code that handles it from the plug-in!!

 

If anyone still uses UI5 for Vera now is the time to say something!

Alright, it's been a day, and I'm going to release a UI7 only version of this. It cuts the code in half if you can believe that!

 

It's much easier to read and maintain.

 

Maybe, just in case, I'll keep a version in beta form for ui5 and people can download that.

Very soon @@Sammy, I just have to erase all the supporting code and check that it all works with UI7.

I released a version for which, it would be great to know works when someone has multiple veras on their network.

 

Also I added security to the Vera Device Info endpoints so that no one can sniff the network and find out our home automation endpoints.

 

If you don;t have Live TV then those options should be disabled.

 

 

 

This is the final version which works with UI5, all other version from here on out will not work with UI5.

 

I'll post a version here on this thread in case someone needs to find one that works with UI5, and they should never install new version afterwards.

I found a bug in the Vera plugin. I had accidentally left in some jQuery and it was broken.  I put up a new release to fix it this morning.

 

Also, version 1.0.1.5 doesn't work with UI5.

I take it camera's that have RTSP stream which is h.264 still don't work ? 

 

I just updated the "Home Security Camera Channel" plugin using the last .dll file post in this thread, it now show as version 1.0.0.14

 

When trying to play the camera in the Emby web GUI in Chrome it says;

 

Playback Error

No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details.
