Installation Issues - Invisible UI Buttons

I just installed Media Browser Theater today.   I am running on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.    I have Media Browser Server running on the same machine.   After installing Media Browser Theater, I don't see any icons of any kind under the main menus.   I see the titles "Movies, TV, etc" but no icons or pictures at all inside of that.    If I go to settings I see "System Information" and "System Settings" but no buttons or pictures under that.    I can click in random areas of the background but I have no idea what I'm clicking on.

 

Anyone know how to make my GUI appear?

As you can see it's pretty strange.    Been using this HTPC quite a while now, MB2, XMBC, MPC-HC, etc.   Never seen anything like this.
