Roku thumbnail plugin

I know an option exists to save these .bif files to media folder

 

Perhaps a plugin option could be added to save the thumbnail files as hidden like Emby can do with metadata.. unless it already exists?

You can hide any file in Windows from view with just a few clicks. This will achieve what you want without needing options on the server side.

you are correct but the option exists for the metadata and artwork. So I thought it would be nice for the thumbnails as well

Have you explored the plugin settings?

Yes sir I did... there is options in Emby to save the metadata and artwork as hidden with the media but there is no option in the Roku thumbnail plugin to save the Roku thumbnails (I believe there .bif ) as hidden

I just thought it would be a nice addition to plugin   since it already exists for the metadata and artwork

Correct, no option to save has hidden right now.

It should probably just respect the existing option on the server.
