Where are the transcoding profiles?

I have an HEVC file which should not be transcoding in my version of Chromium; where are the transcoding profiles so I can adjust and fix this?

Hi, there currently is no setting for this. Are you saying you built your own Chromium to direct play this?

Yes, and it is not being detected properly. I have verified HEVC playback through a number of HEVC test-pages and am confident it is working correctly.

Ok so that's only trying to play. It's not trying to determine support using the canPlayType method on a video element. For example, this is what we are using to detect hevc support:

document.createElement('video').canPlayType('video/hevc; codecs="hevc, aac"');

So ideally what you need to do is get your custom chromium build to return true for that test and then you're all set.
