Images not being saved in folders

Images are no longer being saved in media folders.  Checked library settings and it is still checked to save images into folders.  Tried metadata manager to refresh and replace but still no images in folder. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Most likely explanation is that the server doesn't have write access to the media folder, which means that it tried to save it, failed for to permissions, and then automatically switched to the servers internal folder. Thanks.

First thing to do is update your server by re-installing over the top of yours from the web site.  Then make sure that all your plug-ins are up to date as well.

 

Then report back if it is working for you then.

Updated to the latest version and after reviewing the log i noticed write access denied to that folder.  Updated sharing and all is working normally.  Thanks for the help.  The problem was mine along.  Live and learn
