Sorting starting with Newly added vs Alphabetical order for Client

When using MBC we can set it to sort by newly added first but where do I do it for the Client? Is it even possible?

If you mean the web client from the server dash, then yes you can do this:

 

Click on Movies (top menu) then movies, then "Sort" then select "Date added"

 

That one of the example for this.

I can do that but everytime I sign out and sign back in it goes back to alphabetical order. I'd like to do this for all users by default

This may see the light one day as Luke already know about this, and it been requested in the past.

 

The main thread here about how to do it, but to make it stand per profile and a like, that as I said is a request matters to be apply by Luke one day.
