TV Series Collections

Hi, I have been using Plex for a year or so, but I really like the developments with Emby Theatre (refresh rate switching - yay), so I may well be back 

 

A few teething problems in my testing stage though...

 

If I group movies into collections the movie moves from the folder it was in, in to a separate collections folder, that's great, I like that. The behaviour is not the same when I group TV shows into collections, so I am getting very confused. Is this by design, or user error - have I missed a setting somewhere?

Thanks for the fast reply. Sorry it's confusing, I'll have another go.

 

One of the libraries I have set-up is called Film Archive, and is all movies. I have gone through it and made some collections and as I select a film to add to the collection, it moves from the main view into the collection folder. Screenshot shows the Dardenne Collection, which contains all the films I have selected as being in that collection, and those films are no longer visible in the main library view.

 

I then have another library called TV Series, and I have gone through each show and added them to a collection, but they just stay there, and don't move to a separate collections folder like they do in films. This makes it confusing to see what TV shows I have added to a collection and which I haven't. And to view the collection I have to back out and go to My Media - Collections. 

 

Hope that makes more sense.
