hi,

 

after update tvos to 11.2 and emby to 1.1.07, can't access to info subtitles, cant pause back or forward movies/tv shows

 

anyone have same problem on atv 4k?

Hi.  Your video doesn't show how you started the item.  Exactly how did you do that?

 

What happens if you use the touch-pad part of the remote?

 

I've never seen anything like this with the app but it looks like something other than the video player has focus.

Thanks.  Is it just this one item?  Or items very similar?

 

Do any work properly?

 

My best guess based on the zero response is that the app has actually crashed but the player is continuing somehow.  I'll try testing with your item.

Your test item plays fine for me so what we may have to do is have me hook up to your server and see if I can make it fail that way.

 

Have you setup your server for external access?

i make a few tests

1 - create a new server in a new pc with same version and the file run ok

2 - create a new user in older pc and run ok

 

so i guess the user have some problems

anyway to fix user problems without lose all info movie/series that have already seen
