3.2.40.0 upgrade issue

Hello,

 

I have been running 3.2.26 on a Win7 64-bit virtual machine and downloaded the 3.2.40.0 stable installer to upgrade from the website this morning.  The setup appears to have downloaded and extracted, but now Emby will not start.

 

Any ideas?

So, I decided to run a system restore point to last night.  3.2.36 will now load again, but nothing is clickable.  Cannot play shows, access settings, etc.

hi @@brianmoranOK, we need to add this to the website instructions, but going forward on windows 7 you'll need SP1 with windows updates fully up to date. Do that and then you should be able to run the latest version from the website just fine. thanks !

Is 3.2.40 a manual update? I see on the release notes page that 3.2.50 is actually the latest but I'm still on 3.2.36 which is the last version it auto updated to.

@@Luke - I updated my Win7 VM with the post-SP1 updates and everything is back to working order.  Thank you!
