MBT crashes on a new install and build. Advice ?

My MBT crashes if I put my HTPC to sleep instead of doing a full shutdown.  I will get a screenshot tonight and see if it is similar.

 

EDIT:

Sorry man.  I failed last night and didn't even go into the theater.  I was busy working on my daughter's car.  I will try again tonight to see if we have any consistency.
