mlwt95 1 Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 I have installed Emby for android TV on my shield from playstore. When i try to unlock the app I get the attached error. I have Shield version 7 running android tv sw version 6.2(24.32.406.417)
ebr 16174 Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 Have you disabled the Play Store on the device/user? Make sure you have a good internet connection as well. That screen you are on is actually in the Play Store, not our app so there is a problem with the device communicating with Google.
