hydriplex 5 Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 Hello again, I have noticed a bug that has occurred since I started using MBT. I'm pretty sure it's an MBT issue and not an Intros plugin issue, and if I'm wrong please correct me. When I select a movie to play, my Intros plugin kicks in (as it should), and plays the correct intros and then the movie (as it should). The issue is that the internal player does not update the video information in the OSD for anything past the first video played. Assuming a trailer is first in my Intros setup, the OSD will display the name of the trailer, and the runtime will reflect the trailer in question. However, once the trailer finished and the next video / movie would play, these values were not updated. I would then end up with a run time of.... say.... 22:30 / 1:30, for example. The play time would be correct, but the end time would still be that of the first video played. This normally would not bother me too much, but introduces an interesting bug. Because the runtime is reflected from the trailer, it is much lower than the runtime of the movie - therefore when I try to fast forward or rewind the movie either restarts or starts from a few minutes into the movie. I know a picture is worth a thousand words, I tried reading this a few times to help with confusion. Away from my home machine at the moment, so no screenshots or logs, but can grab those tonight if needed.
pmac 143 Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 I have the same issue, I'd imagine this will get ironed out before an RC is put out.
foghat 65 Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 See here: http://mediabrowser.tv/community/index.php?/topic/2762-mbt-and-intros/ I am hoping this gets addressed soon. I get that mbt is beta, but this behavior is less than ideal- especially with a paid plug-in. 1
