Live TV in web app not playing

Recently (within the last week or so) I've lost the ability to play Live TV streams from the web app. Attempting to stream any channel results in an endless spinning circle with no error displayed. The same streams work perfectly on the Emby Android app. I've tried using the latest versions of Chrome and Edge, and on multiple PCs, with the same results.

 

Live TV is setup using the latest versions of NextPVR and the NextPVR plugin. I've also attached a log file, the relevant error starts (I believe) at line 6183.

 

Any help would be appreciated
